The Sacred Waltz

When I observe nature I see that everything that is alive is seeking expansion. Plants expand themselves upwards in search of the sunlight, and downwards to reach water and nutrients from the soil.

Animals expand themselves in flight, in running, in digging, in reaching, in netting, in jumping, in swimming to reach for food, nourishment and reproduction. bird catching fish tcfle

The stars, planets, galaxies are in constant motion and expansion of energy. The cells, molecules, atoms are in growth, division, expansion for their own survival. And so, and so…

This is also valid for our thoughts, feelings, actions, creative forces and our consciousness; meaning that life is in constant expansion IN and OUT of ourselves. This way we can call life as a ‘Sacred Waltz’, a dance of motion, openness and creation where our own lives is our personal contribution for each step of the cave waltz

By acknowledging that in each moment we all have a chance to positively affect the overall dance, for that matter, it is important that we take the opportunity to sharpen our awareness and our responsibility for all of our choices which leads to actions.

By tuning in, we give ourselves the gift of knowing that we are all part of the immense connectivity to all living beings, to Earth and the Universe. This knowledge alone assists us in our own personal growth and progress.

As Carl Gustav Jung says;
‘Who looks outside dreams, who looks inside awakes’

And as a friend of mine reminds me through her words; that the ‘state of love’ for self and for all, it is the state of expansion, creation, progress and the state of pure “Sacred Waltz”.

I choose to live by choice, not by chance;
to make changes, not excuses;
to be motivated, not manipulated;
to be useful, not to use;
to create, not to compete;
to love. ~ Amy H.cubs waltz
